Technical Sales Engineer

Reports to: V.P. of Sales

Position Summary:

Atlas-SSI, Inc., the largest full-service traveling water screen manufacturer in North America, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Technical Sales Engineer to join our Engineering and Sales Departments. Requirements:

• Ability to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent technical writing skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of providing technical service and training - phone and field.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and computer skills.
• Must be capable of effectively communicating recommendations, both verbally and in writing, and must have excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to travel 20-40%
• BS, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AutoCad preferred.
• Can tolerate prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Exposure to Industrial conditions when visiting customer facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
